Information For All Clubs

Listed below is the price & package information, which includes r/t air, transfers, lodging for 7 nights, an Après Ski Reception for the

council, a MNYSC Dinner, driver gratuity from/to the airport, and all taxes. Some of these are subsidized by the MNYSC. Red Mountain is on the Ikon Pass; lift tickets have not been included in the package.

There are several lodging options, each with their own pricing, and a specific number of rooms being held in each by the council. Clubs wishing to participate will decide which lodging they wish to use (one location or a combination of the choices), contact the council to “reserve” rooms, and then send a deposit to the council. Although the council has paid a “block deposit” with the tour operator, prices and space are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until receipt of timely deposits from each club. Hotel lodging includes Breakfast Buffet.

PLEASE NOTE: If a club does not want to take a specific block of seats, Individual Members (or small groups) may contact the council and book their trip.

On-mountain Lodging and prices (lodging descriptions below):

$1940 p/p - The Josie Hotel, Deluxe Room; Includes Breakfast; Single room add $1,075

$2130 p/p - The Crescent, Studio Suite; Single room add $1,250

$1955 p/p - Slalom Creek Condos; price based on 5 people sharing; 6th minus $180.

Lodging in the Town of Rossland (10-minute ride on the ski bus):

$1795 p/p – The Prestige Mountain Resort, Standard Room; includes Breakfast, but pricing hasn’t been confirmed for 2026, so there could be a slight price increase; Single room add $745.

If any club members book their own air independently, they will be responsible for finding their own way to the resort and back to the airport unless their flights coincide with the group transfers.

Whitewater Resort Day trip:

• Mini Coach Bus (24-seater) $1340.00 for the day
• Full Size Coach Bus (55-seater) $1,655.00 for the day
• Adult Day Pass Add: $95.00 Senior 65+ Day Pass Add: $85.00 *
• Whitewater day pricing based on 2025 rate with a 5% mark-up, to be adjusted, if necessary, once available.

Payment Schedule  from clubs to MNYSC: $500 pp due 8/20; $500 pp due 10/1; Balance due 11/5/25.

Trip Comp: The 21st person will be a comp (lodging, airfare, and transfers). Lift Tickets are not included.

LODGING

THE JOSIE HOTEL - (10 King rooms)

Located slope-side at Red Mountain Resort, The Josie Hotel unearths Rossland’s most precious adventures while providing a luxurious home base in between. Deluxe rooms offer partial views of the Rossland Range and surrounding mountains. SLALON CREEK CONDOS - 2 – 3-bedroom units with 2 bathrooms

Slalom Creek is the timeless classic of slopeside accommodation at RED Mountain. True ski in/ski-out convenience means that guests can go straight from the snow into their private hot tub on their private deck. Everything at Slalom Creek has been designed for ease and comfort: cozy couches, spacious living areas, modern kitchens, and a craftsman’s attention to detail at every turn. Amenities include ski lockers, fitness and games rooms and is a walking distance to the base area restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. Units include fully equipped kitchen, large steam shower, gas fireplace, private hot tub on the deck, hardwood & slate flooring, WIFI.

Condos being held: (1) K bed, 2 Twin beds, K bed; (2) Q bed, 2 Twin beds, Twin bed plus Double bed.

THE CRESCENT - (5 units – Queen Murphy & double sofa sleeper)

The Crescent is RED Mountain Resort’s newest development situated right at the base of RED. Ranging from super space-efficient studio suites, which have a Queen Murphy bed and double sofa sleeper. The suites come equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, stove, cookware, dishes and utensils with a small dining area. RED Mountain Resort’s newest home away from home has everything you need for the perfect stay, all steps from the chairlift. Staying here gives you access to personal ski lockers next to each unit, the beautiful rooftop bar/lounge, a co-work space, workout room, laundry access, and the swanky Alice Lounge.

THE PRESTIGE MOUNTAIN RESORT - (10 Queen/Queen)

The Prestige Mountain Resort, located in the quaint mountain town of Rossland, offers a comfortable stay with 67 rooms to meet a variety of travelers’ needs. Mountainview rooms have either one or two pillowtop Queen beds, with flatscreen television and small refrigerator. Guests can relax and dine in the on-site restaurant and lounge, including a patio with lovely valley views. CANCELLATION POLICY:

❖ All payments may be non-refundable.

❖ Single Supplement cost must be covered by each club.

❖ The tour operator will allow the group to substitute a passenger if someone is unable to travel. Charges will not apply to substitutions made prior to 55 days from departure. Substitutions or Name changes within 55 days of departure are subject to a $175.00 charge per change. Substitutions must be done by the Group Leader only, based upon availability. No changes will be allowed within 5 business days of departure. There may be an administrative fee of $50 per person for air deviations from the group blocked air.
